    I think we, as engineers, phsare it wrong. We should indicate the water is free, but the public is paying for the treatment, distribution and disposal of the water. Maybe putting up signs or flyers saying water will be for free and you can pick up the water from the local well, tank or reservoir, but you now have to pay a fee for the treatment, delivery and disposal for delivery to and from the public's home.

    Somewhere in NYI'll have to look into the EEOC further. I've seen poplee who came back from disability and within a month they were forced into resigning because of the new Q/A process. People who had been here for 10 or more years, over the age of forty, forced to quit because they, within the last 6 months, could not keep up with the workloads. This is a great tool to develop a lawsuit. I'm in!
